SWEETPAY CREDIT CHECK AUTHORIZATION

SweetPay LLC (including SweetPay LLC's Access Financing brand, “SweetPay”) provides a technological solution to assist with the delivery of personal finances to individuals. SweetPay is not a financing partner. SweetPay has partnered with the financing partners or financing partners on the SweetPay platform (each, a “Financing partner”).

By checking the “reviewed and agree” box and clicking the “continue” button, you authorize SweetPay and each Financing partner to obtain (directly and through service providers) your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian or Equifax.

You authorize SweetPay and each Financing partner to conduct an eligibility inquiry for credit (sometimes also called a “soft credit pull”) and obtain credit information from a consumer credit reporting agency for purposes of this eligibility inquiry. You understand that this eligibility inquiry will not affect your credit score.

Your further understand that, after completion of the eligibility inquiry, SweetPay and each Financing partner may provide credit information it obtained from the eligibility inquiry to third party affiliates, including one or more financing partners in the case of SweetPay, and based upon that credit information, you may receive a finance offer(s) from one or more Financing partner.

If you accept one of the finance offers, you understand that the Financing partner may conduct a hard credit pull, which may have an effect on your credit score. You authorize the Financing partner to conduct the hard credit pull.

You also understand that a Financing partner may conduct a hard credit pull prior to making a finance offer, which may have an effect on your credit score. You authorize the financing partner to conduct this hard credit pull.

You acknowledge that SweetPay and each Financing partner may use the credit report for any purpose permitted by law, including:

1. To authenticate you are who you say you are;
2. To make credit decisions;
3. To determine your current debt-to-income ratio; and
4. To obtain a credit score.

You agree that each Financing partner may collect information from credit bureaus after the Financing partner funds your finance for various purposes, including (i) to evaluate risks associated with your finance and monitor changes to your credit profile, (ii) to display credit information to you, and (iii) to analyze data and offer you additional products or services. You authorize each Financing partner to verify information in your credit report, and you agree that each Financing partner may contact third parties without further notice to you to verify any and all information as it relates to the above matters or which you have provided to the Financing partner in connection with a request/application for credit or to administer or monitor your finance account if a finance is made.
